We will send a delivery email once the photos are ready. After payment is made, you will have full access to the media in the original uploaded size, MLS-ready format, and a custom sizing option, all in .jpeg format.

To access your account for all future media shoots with us, scroll to the bottom of the delivery email and select “Access Your Account.” Click “Forgot Password,” and a new password will be sent to you so you can access your account.

We aim to have your photos and videos delivered to you by the next morning before 9 AM. Videos may take longer depending on the style.

We’re an agent-focused company, and we understand that some things, especially South Florida weather, are simply out of your control. If your plans change, just give us a heads up and we’ll be happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If our photographer arrives at the property and a return visit is required due to circumstances unrelated to weather or a decision made after arrival (such as the property not being ready, access issues, or the home not being in shoot-ready condition), a $75 re-shoot fee will apply.
